What is TipMe?
TipMe is a digital service that helps users to send and receive personal payments and tips, while providing the employers with business intelligence.
What does TipMe do?
TipMe is simple and easy to use application that enables others to exchange money within high secure payments environment'
Tipme web applications enables specific users to define group, franchisees, departments and linking employees to one department or more.
This application is the backbone of TipMe Mobile application that will help employees linked to certain pool(s) to receive tips from buyers and customers.
What is QR Code?
A QR Code consists of an array of black and white, which can be read by scanning it from phone camera. QR codes are nearly impossible to manipulate once published or generated.
A QR code offers a way to make tipping fast, easy, and secure. TipMe generates a QR code that helps the user to leave tips to others by scanning over the QR Code found in the application with no cash required.
How does TipMe use QR codes?
Both sender and receiver should have installed the Tipme Application over their phones registered. The sender should have money in his virtual money in order to transfer to the other side. To give tips:
Sender opens the camera over the receiver's QR Code
Wait till it captures the code then, Rate and Leave the tip

why I cannot sign in?
you will not be able to sign in if:
- you do not have an account yet
- you entered wrong credentials amount and click proceed. Your Camera phone will open From your peer side. Click on the QR Code icon on the home page, the code will appear.
- Scan your camera over the peer QR Code and the money transfer action will be done.
How can i transfer a Tip to an employee?
From your side: Open Give Tips section pick or enter the amount and click proceed. Your camera phone will open from the employee side. Click on the QR Code icon on the homepage, the code will appear.
Scan your camera over the employee QR Code and the money transfer action will be done.
How to Tip?
in Give Tips section, select the predefined amount or write it manually. Scan your camera over the other user QR code and the money transfer action will be done.
How can i transfer money from my account to my TipMe wallet?
In order to fill a wallet from the bank account, click the "+" sign on the wallet. A page appears to choose from Currency and enter the Amount needed. Then click "proceed". The page will direct you to the payment portal where you select the method of payment and enter the card details.
How can i transfer money from my TipMe Wallet to my bank account?
1- click on the $ transfer icon and transfer money page will appear.
2- Choose Currency
3- Enter Amount to be transferred
4- Enter Bank Code
5-Enter Bank Account Number
6-Then Press "proceed"
How can i Register through the TipMe Service?
providers account created through their Groups/Businesses, you have to contact your administration.
How Can I retrieve my forgotten email account?
To retrieve an email account, you have to contact Tipme Management on ###########
How can I retrieve my forgotten Password?
- in case the password was forgotten, forgotten, follow the below steps.
- Click on "Forgot Password" link found in the main page under the credentials.
- Enter the email account and click Send.
- A verification code will be sent to this email to resent the password.
- Enter the code along with the New Password
- The user can now log to his account with the new password
- Then click Resend.
